For this shoot, I chose this blue-and-black Tactical style cosplay outfit. When receiving the second batch of return photos, I was genuinely pleasantly surprised, as I had previously assumed there was only one shot. Prior to shooting, a lot of thought went into styling the wig and headpieces for this Silver hair cosplay. Wearing and balancing those black spike-shaped ornaments took considerable time; to make them appear sharp and three-dimensionally layered rather than rigidly clumped together, I repeatedly shifted my head posture to find the optimal angles. The fine texture of the long silver hair reflected a delicate sheen under studio lighting, which, paired with the bangs draping across the forehead, effectively created a piercing gaze peeking through veiled hair.

The costume is packed with design details, featuring both a crisp, high-collared black uniform and flowing blue-and-black ribbons. Those wide blue straps offered fantastic sheen under lighting while providing a graceful sense of dynamic visual extension. During the shoot, preventing the ribbons and props from tangling was essential, putting both my facial expression control and the photographer's timing to the test.

The makeup took a cool-toned route (Cold and glamorous makeup and styling), emphasizing crisp, sharp eye contours paired with lighter-colored contacts and a cool, fair base makeup to embody the character's stern, aloof, and detached aura. Paying special attention to the rendering of the eyelashes and eyeliner gave the gaze exceptional piercing intensity on camera.

Regarding posing, there were two standout shots I was especially pleased with. The first was a side profile glancing back with a raised hand gesture, staring directly into the lens—this unapologetic, chilling aloofness aligned perfectly with the character lore. The post-processing artist handled light and shadow with extreme delicacy: the cool grey background beautifully complemented the blue-and-black figure, shadow transitions were smooth, and the top-side light gave the entire silhouette a razor-sharp, sculpted edge. The second shot featured outstretched arms, requiring careful control over wingspan and hem tension to evoke a commanding presence that dominates the entire scene.

The return photos showed a significant leap in visual texture, with fabric weaves and hair translucency rendered exquisitely. Huge thanks to photographer @Xiye for the guidance—the composition was steady and pinpoint accurate, capturing moments where even I felt in top form, while also helping adjust lighting angles on set to make my character immersion feel much more natural. Heartfelt thanks as well to the friends who accompanied me, helping tidy up the hem and ribbons to ensure every single shot remained immaculate and sharp. Great care was poured into this Arknights shoot from makeup to the final photos, and I hope it delivers a visually satisfying result.
