[Kaname Rana cosplay] The Cat-like Aura in BanG Dream!, in the Gray Tones of the Afternoon

This time, I tried shooting this look of Kaname Rana. The overall costume design has a lot of details; the bow at the neckline, the ruffles at the cuffs, and the gem decoration on the chest each required careful adjustment to recreate the character's lazy yet exquisite vibe. The hair is white short hair, which, combined with the color of the colored contact lenses, presents different layers under the light. For the shoot, we specifically chose a sheltered semi-outdoor space where natural light combined with wall reflections kept the facial shadows soft, and I tried to bring out a cat-like sense of detachment in my eyes. The photographer @TheVoyager is excellent at capturing this kind of quiet emotion. Without any exaggerated movements, just leaning against the wall or holding my knees, the character's casual feeling was expressed through the simplest poses. For post-processing color grading, the saturation was lowered and a cool blue tone was added to make the overall picture fit better with the world of MyGO's Kaname Rana as I understand it. The most interesting part of cosplay is that every time, through the cooperation of costumes and photography, a 2D image can be presented three-dimensionally, and different scenes will endow the character with new vitality. Although this set of photos is quiet, I think it perfectly recreates that self-paced composure in her heart.
