Choosing to shoot this Amiya look on a bedroom bed was mainly to capture a more casual, relaxed, and interactive frame state. Clean, light-colored curtains paired with pure white walls and grey bedsheets with off-white polka dots keep the visual focus entirely on the blue-and-black gradient color blocks of the outfit and the character's expressions.

The look for this appearance features a blue-and-white gradient turtleneck inner layer, paired with a loose black-and-blue sporty jacket on the outside; the patchwork fabric combined with text ribbons gives a rather three-dimensional silhouette. The lower body is coordinated with a black-and-white fine plaid pleated skirt and dark stocking outfit. This combination not only aligns with the character's body shape positioning but also naturally presents the soft line texture of the legs through casual kneeling or side-sitting postures on the bed. When shooting this kind of home photography scene, handling the smoothness of the clothes is actually a meticulous job, especially the folds of the loose jacket and the layers of the pleated skirt; every time the camera position is adjusted, I have to pull and smooth them back and forth.

The makeup was done by the makeup artist Meili, focusing overall on being clear and natural. It heavily emphasizes the layers of eyeshadow and eyelashes, paired with pink-purple-toned contact lenses, allowing the gaze to look soft yet spirited without needing overly heavy eyeliner. The hairstyle retains smooth, draping long straight hair, creating a visual contrast with the fluffy brown-and-white split-color rabbit ear accessories on top of the head, appearing more energetic and keeping the overall style clean and sharp.

The post-processing retouching was handled by DEVINJ. Instead of overusing high sharpness and strong contrast, the diffuse reflection light of the environment was processed evenly, preserving skin texture details on the face. Items like the bright blue ring accessories on my fingers, the metal buckles on the jacket hem, and the grid texture of the skirt hem retained a moderate amount of sharpness during editing, keeping the overall color tone in a light and soft atmosphere.

A high-angle overhead shot was used during the session, tilting the body slightly forward toward the camera with hands naturally extending outside the frame, which creates a strong sense of spatial perspective, giving viewers the experience of being pulled into the photo. Actually, this pose heavily tests arm support and posture control. To maintain the distance of the hands relative to the lens while preventing facial distortion due to perspective, one usually has to straighten the arms and lean the body forward, which leaves noticeable soreness in the shoulders and neck after a few sets.

Integrating the character's spiritual core from the theme—namely that quote, "I am not alone. Behind me are everyone from Rhodes Island, and everything we cherish together." This emotional setting of watching over companions guided my emotional state during the shoot, hoping that what the frame conveys is not just a flat image, but can also encompass a touch of the character's unique firmness and gentleness.

Completing the entire process this time in the form of personal photography plus modeling, from setting up the scene and adjusting accessories to exchanging editing opinions with post-processing partners, every step required a perfect fit with each other. Through this process, I also gained a deeper understanding of the cohesive power carried by this character. I hope when everyone looks at this finished set of photos, they can feel this sincerity from the character and the power of connection between companions.
