Starting with the overall costume design, the blue-and-gold corset suit chosen for this shoot has a remarkably solid texture. The deep blue sections utilize rich velvet fabric that casts a deep, luxurious sheen under natural light, creating a distinct visual contrast with the white paneling on the chest. The golden cross-star clasp at the neckline and the metal helm rudder ornaments around the waist are the true centerpieces of this look. The craftsmanship is spot-on—especially the two rudder charms, which have a satisfying heft that aligns seamlessly with the character's unique aesthetic blending nautical and tailored elements.

The neck adornments are exceptionally intricate. A black lace choker is layered with golden bead strands and pendants, with the iconic central gemstone necklace elevating the overall grandeur. This layered stacking combined with openwork lace flatters both the makeup and collarbone lines, creating wonderful visual tension whenever tilting the head naturally during shooting. The sleeve design is equally clever: one side features a white ruffled short sleeve with a structured bracer, while the other features a semi-sheer brown long sleeve with jacquard patterns and a black glove. This asymmetrical tailoring adds dynamic fluidity and movement to the silhouette.

Speaking of props, the wide-brimmed top hat is undeniably the core of the composition. Adorned not only with deep blue fabric roses and bright orange-yellow bows, but also with a pristine white feather and a crystal-faceted sapphire, it lifts the outfit's visual depth and color saturation to another level. During the shoot, I experimented with poses like holding the hat's brim and taking off the sunglasses. These sunglasses, accented with golden flower decorations, brought a relaxed, casual flair while showcasing the character's lively, playful side.

For the wig and makeup, the long blonde hair required patient comb-throughs and styling, with blunt straight bangs that framed the face nicely. The makeup relied primarily on warm earth tones to emphasize eye contours, pairing with colored contacts to project a bright, confident gaze. Framed by outdoor greenery, the navy and gold attire popped brilliantly. The diffuse natural light brought out sharp textures in both the metal hardware and velvet fabric, avoiding heavy studio artificiality in favor of a crisp, breathing realism. Being able to record this ensemble and capture it on this special date makes for a truly satisfying photoshoot log.
