The wig was a trimmed black short bob with blunt bangs and sleek, smooth fibers; the right side was accented with a white lace floral hairpiece with dangling pearl chains, adding a touch of lively movement as I walked. For the eye makeup, I wore cyan colored contacts. To match the overarching 2D anime aesthetic, I applied heavier blush, which combined with glossy red lips to look wonderfully radiant before the camera. The white high-collar around my neck featured a green gemstone clasp, tied beneath with a pink satin bow, whose cascading pearl strands perfectly echoed the head accessories.
The outfit was an off-the-shoulder white top crafted with dimensional white floral embroidery and lace splicing across the chest and cuffs, offering a soft texture. To elevate the visual layering, rather than ordinary Lace gloves, I chose a pair of deep blue long velvet gloves. The velvet fabric gave off a subtle, understated luster under the exhibition hall lighting; the only downside was its high friction, which made holding my phone for selfies a bit slippery, requiring careful grip adjustments. For the waist and lower body, I paired it with a blue skirt accented with white cord knots and metallic chain ornaments. The overall white-blue-pink color scheme stood out vividly amidst the crowd.
The atmosphere at this Zhengzhou anime convention was exceptionally wonderful—the venue was massive and the lighting was delightfully bright. As a convention guest, beyond stage interactions at the booth, I had plenty of time to stroll around the exhibition hall. While the lace and 3D floral accents on this outfit looked gorgeous, wearing them for an extended period did get slightly warm and stuffy; fortunately, the off-the-shoulder design noticeably improved overall breathability. On site, I met many enthusiastic photographers and fellow fans who were all remarkably professional, making communication regarding shooting angles effortless. In a bustling convention center environment, finding a quiet corner with balanced lighting and free of passersby required a bit of patience, but the final photos turned out thoroughly satisfying.
The longevity of my makeup also stood the test of the convention, with both foundation and eye makeup remaining virtually intact. The wig styling had been set in advance, so even after walking around the hall all day, the bangs never collapsed against my forehead. Pairing the gloves with the emerald at the neckline served as the crowning touch—many fans praised the intricate accessory details when coming over for group selfies.
