[Alice Cosplay] Goddess of Victory: NIKKE — Pink Sniper on the Cyber Street

Putting together this Alice Bunny girl styling required considerable thought right from selecting pieces, particularly in balancing makeup styling with gear to capture a playful temperament imbued with tactical competitive flair. The glossy jacket and bodysuit needed ample lighting to highlight their patent leather sheen, so I specifically chose fabrics with strong ambient reflectivity to ensure maximum visual impact within the cyberpunk setting. The pink-and-white prop sniper rifle selected for this shoot boasted impressive dimensions; paired with its optical scope assembly, maintaining a steady firing posture demanded substantial physical effort, yet this physical weight matched the character's weapon lore seamlessly. For hair styling, light pink long wavy hairpieces were tied into loose twintails and merged with long bunny ears on the headpiece, achieving a fluffy, multi-dimensional visual texture.

On the pre-shoot makeup side, to complement these vibrant hues, I slightly deepened eye contours, pairing pink contact lenses to give my gaze extra presence. The opaque white tights paired with platform high heels stood out as a highlight, visually elongating leg proportions. The venue for this session was Space P2 at Guangzhou photography meetup, where their cyber street set provided incredible immersion—sci-fi data interfaces and radar graphs in the backdrop were fantastic additions that, alongside physical gun walls and caution tape, instantly drew me into the lore setting. During shooting, the photographer utilized cool-toned ambient lighting, creating a natural color-block contrast against my high-saturation pink outfit. Since the outer jacket was quite loose, the inner bodysuit had to be smoothed out meticulously to prevent folds from ruining crisp, clean lines while posing—details we rechecked continuously before each take in this Cyber photography session.

To maintain efficiency on set, we pre-planned several reference pose modules, such as standing on one leg while raising the rifle, flashing double victory signs, and touching a finger lightly to my lips, covering diverse angles within limited time. Shooting with heavy props tests body center of gravity immensely—especially when wielding a rifle one-handed in high heels; besides arm strength, engaging the core is vital to keep hands from trembling. After every set of poses, the photographer and I reviewed the monitor to ensure lighting was spot-on and highlight catches on the headpiece and jacket met expectations. With bright, glossy wardrobe pieces, improper ambient light easily causes colors to wash together or lose texture, making real-time adjustments essential. Looking at the final output, this set faithfully captures my vision of Alice in Goddess of Victory: NIKKE—handling heavy firepower while radiating a charming, adorable visual contrast. The synergy across makeup styling, lighting, and set design made this an exceptionally efficient and fruitful shoot.
