This Kokomi bunny look finally got its photoshoot over the weekend at the World Line Anime Convention. Choosing this specific time to shoot was mainly to capture the twilight light and shadow at sunset. The orange-to-blue gradient sky of the evening and the realistic waterfront reed background perfectly matched the dreamy and lightweight tones of this outfit. It is paired with a specially customized pink-and-blue gradient wig and oversized pink-and-white double-colored bunny ears hair accessories. Combined with the iconic deep blue bowtie and the layered blue-and-purple gradient tulle skirt, the overall effect presents both the anime feel of Genshin Impact and a unique bunny-style cute characteristic.

During the shooting process, the photographer suggested exploring compositions more on the waterfront platform and the plush rug. The low-angle shots perfectly highlight the layering of the sky, while also maximizing the display of the skirt hem's light and flowing elegance. Standing on the white rug, my ankle movements appear more three-dimensional, and those relatively thin gauze trains can even reflect a subtle pearlescent luster under different lighting. Although it was a real-scene outdoor shoot, the cooperation of fill lights kept the facial lighting very even, making the skin texture look soft, bright, and translucent, without any clashing awkwardness from harsh shadows.

This photo set actually demands a lot in terms of expression management and physical posture. After all, as a cosplayer, I internally hope to present not just a surface-level resemblance, but also do my best to match the gentle and lively nature of this character's setting. For the few sets of actions while sitting on the ground, it actually took several attempts to find the center of gravity. Although the combination of concrete floor tiles and the white rug looks clean, maintaining the flared state of the skirt and the curve of the bangs on both sides of my hair required close attention to hand placement and eye focus. Capturing the fluffiness of the plush rug and the layers of the water reflection behind me was also a test for the lens's post-processing color reproduction.

However, looking at the final results, this photo set beautifully achieved my expected outcome. From the costume details, whether it is the folds of the gauze skirt, the small pendants on the bunny ear accessories, or the deep blue ribbon tie on the chest, they all present rather exquisite details. I'm very happy to have found such a quiet outdoor location with a natural atmosphere at the bustling anime convention venue for this shoot. A lot of thought was truly put into matching this look—lightweight yet without losing its gorgeousness. I really love the sweet and soft visual style in the final photos.
