Today at World Line Anime Convention, I showcased this Delivery bunny girl concept. The key design focus of this outfit lies in the mix-and-match of occupational attributes with anime elements. For the top, I chose a white long-sleeved shirt worn open as an outer layer, with a black-based white-patterned bustier corset underneath featuring black leather straps across the chest, paired with a black choker and a blue tie around the neck. Black sleeves and wrist guards were added to the arms to make the overall styling look more capable and sharp. The lower body was matched with a black miniskirt and over-the-knee Black stockings, with black platform leather shoes on my feet, keeping the overall color scheme predominantly black and white. The bunny ears hair accessory on top features a two-tone black-and-white design with subtle blue accents, echoing the color of the tie.
Regarding props, I prepared a gray thermal delivery box printed with red English lettering, looking just like the ones delivery riders usually use; this prop can truly be called the soul of the entire styling. During the shoot, we walked out onto the asphalt road outside where there happened to be a wide white pedestrian crosswalk, so I sat on the white painted lines to take a few shots. The sunlight was shining down from the upper side, casting sharp, linear shadows on the road surface. I placed the delivery box beside me and leaned my body slightly back, allowing the leg lines to extend comfortably. The white lines of the crosswalk formed natural leading lines in the composition, keeping the visuals from looking monotonous.
To match this concept, I kept the makeup quite clean, focusing mainly on the blue contact lenses while keeping the eyeshadow relatively light to preserve a natural feel. Because the costume itself was already quite complex, overly heavy makeup would make the overall look lack a clear focal point.
While walking around the convention venue, this delivery box did take up some space, but the interactive reception was amazing. Many friends came over to ask where the box was purchased, and some even joked about placing a delivery order. Actually, the reason I came up with this concept was simply finding the contrast fun—having delivery couriers and bunny girls collide creates a very distinctive visual effect. The temperature on the day of the convention was quite pleasant, so wearing long sleeves with Black stockings didn't feel overly stuffy. The entire shooting process went very smoothly; we explored several different angles, and the final selected Convention photos turned out very satisfying.
For outdoor location shooting, the interplay between light and background is what matters most. When shooting beside a road like this, it's essential to avoid chaotic vehicles and pedestrians in the background to keep the composition clean. As for sitting postures, minding core engagement and keeping the back straight enhances the overall presence significantly. This set, from clothing coordination to prop crafting, was pieced together bit by bit on my own. Although it's not a character from official settings, this kind of original design Bunny ears cosplay brings tremendous fun at conventions. I look forward to experimenting with more mix-and-match styles next time.
