Challenging the role of Sucrose this time, what fascinated me most was the Atmosphere of her being deep in thought amidst her academic studies. To restore her "system crash" state, I took many details into account in the makeup and styling. The hair color chosen was a clear cyan-green, and I used staggered layering to enhance the sense of movement, ensuring delicate layers from different shooting angles. The texture of the clothing was also paramount; the white satin texture combined with deep blue piping had to have sufficient texture under the warm indoor lights. At the shooting site, I constantly adjusted the angle of my body, trying to capture the moment of mental "power outage" from deep thinking, which is the core meaning of the "system crash" I wanted to express. The prop books and black-rimmed glasses were the finishing touches, giving the character more intellectual color. To pursue high Fidelity, I specifically adjusted the arc of the hair strands repeatedly so that they would maintain a natural drape even when looking down to read, avoiding a stiff look. This sense of fragility revealed in the quiet library Atmosphere is exactly what I want to convey to the audience. For a character, capturing that expression when her thinking stalls is often more moving than exaggerated actions. I hope these works can bring you a little unique tranquility belonging to Sucrose, allowing you a moment of escape in your busy life.
