"Master, please don't forget me." To recreate Snyder from Reverse: 1999, I have polished the makeup and costume details deeply. The most charming part of Snyder as a character lies in that elegance walking on the edge of collapse, so I specially chose this contrasting texture of dark red and black, combined with Gothic tailoring, striving to achieve that high-end "decadent beauty" visually. At the shooting site, I communicated repeatedly with the photographer about the contrast of light and shadow, just to highlight the wine-like rich and dangerous atmosphere on the character. Especially the contrast between the firearm and the red wine glass in hand—one represents destructive power, the other elegance—this is Snyder's complex core. As a pursuer of Anime-style photography, I am very particular about the delicacy of Cosplay post-production. For this color grading, I preferred to retain the texture of real skin while using light and shadow to strengthen the dramatic sense of the environment. Whether it's the texture of the weapon or the folds of the clothing, every detail is for restoring the soul of "Snyder." By fine-tuning the color gamut, I made the overall picture more cinematic. I hope to let everyone feel that immersive character resonance. This creative process of bringing Anime-style characters into the real world really gives me a great sense of achievement.
