This mechanical chainsaw for Corin is heavily weighted. Holding it in the studio to complete the entire set of movements left my arm muscles trembling slightly, but the visual tension of holding it in hand was completely worth the price.

This time, I experienced the all-inclusive one-stop service at HoYo Wonderful House, which was completely brain-free. Upon arriving at the store, the styling artist first handled the wig. This mint green wig has a very refreshing hue and was trimmed into light, inner-curling bangs. Along with the white ruffled hair accessories on the side and the circular badge, the recreation level is very high, perfectly fitting the overall cold atmosphere. For the makeup, purple colored contacts and a relatively cool-toned eye makeup were selected, not deliberately chasing sweetness but instead preserving that slightly earnest yet sharp feeling of the character.

The costume details are very well-executed, with a main color palette of a black-and-white patchwork design. The recessed mesh on the chest and the large metal buttons are perfectly embellished, which, combined with the red bow tie and black frog closures at the lapel, provides both the slice-of-life feel of a maid outfit and the sleekness of techwear style. The brown leather belt at the waist and the heavy metal studded bracers on the arms max out the contrast between hardcore mecha and a gentle maid; under the lighting, the reflective texture of the silver metal parts is absolutely stunning.

What I want to mention most is this giant chainsaw weapon. The bright green mechanical arm structure, combined with the alternating black-and-white geared saw blade, delivers an oppressive aura from afar, and its details hold up perfectly under close inspection. The texture of the joint bearings and the painting of the metal parts are very well-handled; although I knew it was one of the cosplay props, the sheen and sense of weight it presented under the light completely carried the visual focal center of the entire photo set.

The photographer's control over the set was fantastic. Instead of making me force any superficial, awkward poses, they utilized the bookcase background, mini-plushies on the table, and dining tray props to shoot many highly interactive frames. Especially that half-body close-up shot extending my palm, paired with the beautiful background blur effect, heavily highlighted the metal bracer in the foreground and the character's gaze, instantly bringing out a sharp vibe. There was also the standing composition holding the weapon in front of the bookshelf, which not only showcased the width of the weapon but also beautifully elongated the character's overall body proportions.

Although shouldering the huge saw was very physically demanding toward the end, seeing the cool-toned hair strands and fierce gaze in the final photos, combined with various clever pose pairings, made this shooting trip highly enjoyable. The photographer also used some foreground blur and reflector fill lights to make the character's skin texture look very translucent; this techwear maid outfit is indeed exceptionally photogenic.
