[Silent Suzuka cosplay] Special Christmas costume for Tracen Academy's Christmas Carnival

The theme of this photoshoot is a special Christmas project for Silent Suzuka from Uma Musume: Pretty Derby, recreating the annual Tracen Academy Christmas carnival setting. Starting with the styling, the outfit features a red-and-white Christmas dress trimmed with soft white plush fur. To complement the character's traits, Red stockings were worn over the knee with a red-and-green striped thigh ring around the upper leg. The bow tie at the neck also carries the red-and-green striped pattern, paired with a red Christmas hat and fingerless gloves. For the wig, long orange hair was styled with neatly trimmed bangs. The eye makeup used blue contact lenses to bring out the luminous, translucent quality suited for the character. For the scene setup, we prepared a vintage rattan rocking chair, a red-and-green plaid blanket, a wooden storage cabinet, and a Christmas tree. To enrich the frame, gift boxes, a large brown bear plushie, and a white snowman were also added. During the shoot, we tried various poses—such as sitting on the rocking chair holding a strawberry cake, standing while hugging the giant bear, lying on the bed with legs raised, styling hair in front of the mirror, and lying on the blanket reaching forward. These postures effectively showcased the outfit and leg lines. Warm key and back lights were used to give the image a gentle winter warmth. The composition kept the subject at the center or visual focal point, utilizing props like foreground-blurred bread baskets and hanging stars to add depth. While the costume wasn't particularly cold, we kept the studio well-heated for the winter shoot. The red Christmas costume blended seamlessly with the wooden Christmas backdrop, perfectly capturing that fairytale holiday atmosphere.
