This time, I am bringing you the Source of Evil cosplay of the Little Girl from Identity V. This costume has so many details, from the white fluffy ram horns on the head and the ruby pendant on the forehead, to the exquisite gold embroidery and pearl edges on the dress—every part requires patient handling. To recreate that fluffy texture, I specially chose faux rabbit fur for the coat and neckline, paired with the vine patterns on the black mesh gloves, creating both a fairytale sweetness and a hint of dark playfulness. During the shoot, I intentionally picked a set of vintage European scenes; the leather sofa, gold picture frames, and gramophone truly matched the character's aristocratic temperament perfectly. The plush toy in the photos was also sewn by myself. The stitching on the eyes was deliberately made asymmetrical, which counts as restoring a small detail from the skin design. Actually, the biggest fear when shooting this kind of style is stiff poses, so I tried various casual interaction poses such as holding a teacup, lifting a picture frame, and resting my chin on my hand to make the pictures more vivid and natural. During post-processing, I specially preserved the texture of the skin tone and hair strands without over-smoothing the skin. After all, what moves people the most about cosplay is the sense of true, dedicated performance. I hope this work allows everyone to see the thought I put into this costume, and I also want to thank the photographer for the candid shots, which perfectly captured that lazy yet clever expression.
