This photoshoot was centered on the Summer Grass cosplay Summer swimsuit theme of Myrtle cosplay from Arknights. To recreate this clear, translucent summer feel, ample preparation was done beforehand. First was the wig: this red hair is tricky to manage, needing to look fluffy and natural while holding shimmering wave curls; it took quite some time to secure that airy lightness. The Elf ears cosplay touch is also an essential soul of the look; to ensure a natural fit, edge shading was carefully blended so it looked seamless from both front and profile views.

Regarding the outfit, the fabric is a very sheer white gauze. To prevent wardrobe malfunctions while preserving translucency during shooting, lighting adjustments were made to bring out the cloud-like ethereal lightness of the fabric. For props, aside from the two oversized flowers atop the head and sunglasses, the red apple was a crucial element, adding sharp color contrast to the frame. In the first shot, it slightly obscures the field of view to create interactive intimacy—also the shot with the most compositional tension today, captured with a wide-angle lens to balance facial features and body proportions for visual punch.

Naturally, the straw hat is an indispensable element of the Summer Grass styling, bringing out Myrtle's playful and adorable side in summer across the second and third photos. For makeup, matching the blue contact lenses, eye makeup incorporated soft downward smudging to make the eyes look rounder, larger, and more spirited. Makeup required several touch-ups during the shoot, as wearing a wig and elf ears indoors gets quite warm.

The overall style leaned toward dreamy vitality; the sheer dress paired with red hair, flowers, and the apple truly maximized the ambiance. During shooting, various poses were tested—like pressing a finger against the cheek or tilting the head while holding the hat—all to maintain the character's lively, slightly dazed charm. Post-processing retained authentic skin textures while keeping the frame clean and radiant to highlight the refreshing vitality of the Summer Grass theme. The photogenic success rate of this styling was deeply satisfying.
