Challenging the look of Hoshimi Miyabi this time, the core lies in how to balance the cold, sharp swordswoman temperament with her unique Japanese style charm. As a highly recognizable character in Zenless Zone Zero, every detail of Hoshimi Miyabi needs precise control. In costume production and overall styling, I paid special attention to the fusion of modern style and traditional elements, especially that iconic outer robe; the texture it presents under light and shadow is the key element to restoring the character's temperament. The agility in her hairstyle and those iconic ears have a strong visual impact in close-up shots. During the actual shooting process, I kept trying to adjust my eyes and micro-expressions, attempting to capture her cold, introverted, and powerful gaze. This balance of elegance and explosive power is actually very challenging. To pursue ultimate visual restoration, I also polished and tried many times on the details of the makeup and styling. Finally seeing the finished product, the cold aesthetic belonging to Hoshimi Miyabi was presented very well, completely meeting the expectations in my heart. This creative process from deeply understanding the character to finally presenting the finished photo is really immersive, and I really enjoy the process of giving 2D characters a realistic texture through Cosplay.
