[Castorice cosplay] Butterflies dancing gracefully in ghostly dreams, capturing dreamy light and shadow beneath the starry dome

This shoot mainly focuses on the new "Butterflies dancing gracefully" skin for Castorice in Honkai: Star Rail (HSR), and the overall style perfectly fits the artistic conception of "Butterflies dancing gracefully". In order to restore this finely textured costume, I made many considerations in the choice of material, hoping to accurately capture the light and gorgeous color transitions in the skin. During the shooting process, we focused on discussing the refraction of light and shadow and the visual layout of butterfly elements, striving to embody the character's unique elegance and mystery in every shot. In post-processing, I insisted on retaining the detailed texture of the costume itself, not pursuing overly exaggerated special effects, but creating that dreamy atmosphere through precise lighting. With the color performance of the Sony a7m5, the blue-purple tones in the finished product perfectly fit the visual core of Castorice. Every detail is polished to better restore the character's soul. In addition, the focus and dynamic capture of the Sony a7m5 are excellent, perfectly recording the elegance of the clothing in motion, which is also what I am very satisfied with. Although the process of communicating details with the team on site was hard, I felt very accomplished when seeing the final result. This work is the first volume of the themed photoshoot, and I hope to bring you an immersive visual enjoyment.
