This photoshoot for the Wuthering Waves Yuno cosplay focused primarily on presenting the metallic texture of the costume and the dynamic flow of the streamers. The paint reflection of the golden armor was quite restrained under the studio's soft light, preserving the sharp edges of the metal without overexposure. The blue and white chiffon and gauze skirt hem were key to the final look, especially the gradient blue streamers on both sides; I pre-styled them beforehand so they could maintain a natural drape and extension when kneeling or sitting. For the wig, I chose this long straight lake-blue hair with gradient layers, and the curvature of the high twin tails on both sides was repeatedly adjusted for a long time, striving to closely match the fluffiness of the game's official art. In terms of makeup, I deliberately toned down the eyeshadow colors and focused on using highlights to brighten the brow bones and the tip of the nose, pairing them with blue-gray colored contact lenses to give the gaze a cooler look. The blue transparent sphere prop was actually very reflective on set, but after slightly turning down the highlights in post-processing, the texture came right out. We shot three different poses and compositions this time. My personal favorite is the one where I sit on the floor holding the sphere; the details of the metal rings on my arms and the straps wrapped around my legs are all perfectly captured. Putting on and taking off the entire outfit actually takes quite a lot of time, especially the multi-layered overlapping flaps on the chest and the gold ornaments at the waist—every adjustment took a lot of effort. However, seeing the interlaced layers of metal and fabric in the final photos made it feel all worth it. Wuthering Waves' traditional Chinese fantasy elements are subtly blended into this look, making it feel both ethereal and powerful when performing this 2D character look.
