[Elysia Cosplay] Honkai Impact 3rd Chengdu Comic Convention Photo Return

This outdoor shoot outside the Chengdu World Line venue was blessed with overcast weather. The soft natural light was simply a divine filter for convention photos, allowing the laser reflective material on the costume to be captured with great layering without needing strong lighting. A lot of effort really went into the details of this Elysia costume. The metallic-textured accessories at the waist and the gradient laser ribbons on the skirt hem create rich light-and-shadow changes when walking. To match the lightness of this outfit, I deliberately styled the wig to be fluffy, adding flower and feather hair accessories. In terms of makeup, I chose pink-purple contact lenses to echo the overall color tone, and slightly intensified the eye makeup so it would look more photogenic under outdoor lighting. Although the large bow prop in my hand is quite bulky, its center of gravity is relatively stable. When holding it to pose, as long as you pay attention to wrist strength, you can capture a lightweight feel. During the shoot, I tried as many side-profile and looking-back angles as possible—such as slightly arching the waist or letting the skirt hem and ribbons flutter when turning around. This not only showcases the costume's midriff-baring design and leg lines, but also makes the picture look more vivid and dynamic rather than stiff. The essence of convention photos lies in naturalness and candid shots. Collaborating with the photographer while walking and searching for angles often yields unexpectedly great pictures. The short shorts design of this outfit paired with tall boots visually elongates the leg proportions significantly. Tensing the instep slightly during shooting makes the leg lines look even smoother. The atmosphere of this Chengdu comic convention was particularly wonderful, everyone was very enthusiastic, and the outdoor lighting and background architecture were also very photogenic. When retouching, I slightly adjusted the color tones while retaining the original pink-purple color scheme, avoiding overly excessive skin smoothing, hoping to present a state that is both natural and refined.
