Posing in the pool was far more physically demanding than on solid ground; overcoming water resistance for stretches or one-legged stances demanded steady core stability. Fortunately, the final results were deeply satisfying, with every detail of this Nanning photo spot cooperating wonderfully. Even though I swallowed a few mouthfuls of pool water along the way, it was entirely worthwhile for this authentic summer ambiance.

The biggest concern when shooting a summer swimsuit is melting makeup; this time, I set the makeup with extreme durability, so even after dipping in the water repeatedly, both eye and lip makeup held up impeccably. The hairstyle retained a subtle fluffiness even when damp, which, paired with lightweight hair accessories, added extra lively charm. Looking back, this was an immensely fun creative experience; gazing at these luminous, crisp photos makes the entire summer swelter fade away. From wig grooming to swimsuit styling, everything leaned into pure, refreshing simplicity without unnecessary clutter, allowing the character's traits in Blue Archive to shine at first glance. Despite the twists and turns, capturing that relaxed, joyful atmosphere was the greatest success of this Misono Mika cosplay set.
