[Duo Cosplay] Home Style Set with Animal Ears and Demon Horns, a Cool Summer Swimsuit Appearance

Today's indoor duo cosplay anime-style photo set is based on a cool summer vibe, combining exaggerated styling elements of animal ears and demon horns, and using a minimalist home set to present a lazy, everyday atmosphere.

The core of both looks focuses on the details of the wigs and worn accessories. The red wig is highly saturated, trimmed with straight bangs, and has a smooth and glossy texture. The light-colored wig features a loose braided style combined with sheep horns. The sheep horns on top are hand-painted and relatively lightweight, but fixing them for a long time during the shoot still required adjusting angles to prevent the hairpieces from deforming.

In terms of the cosplay outfit, my pink off-the-shoulder dress uses a lightweight and breathable fabric. The red-and-white checkered sleeve patchwork is a highlight, and the double-layered ruffle design at the shoulders emphasizes the sense of layering. My partner's white dress adopts a design with a large area of skin exposure, paired with a black rope choker and metal chain anklets. The contrast of black, white, and red creates a relatively strong visual impact.

The golden anklets and the blue mesh leg rings we wore were temporarily added props. These accessories can beautifully elongate the leg lines and add a sense of style to the frame. Before shooting, we specifically discussed the lighting plan with the photographer. Instead of harsh light, a softbox was used for large-area fill light, keeping the skin texture clear and translucent while retaining the shadow folds of the clothing. The indoor photography scene consists of an indoor wooden bookshelf and a white wall, adorned with a few small plush toys. This lazy and casual atmosphere allows the characters to be more relaxed when interacting.

For poses, we tried various angles such as sitting and leaning, stretching side-by-side, and hugging towards the lens. Especially the barefoot and leg ring skin-exposing shots emphasize the sense of extension in the lower half of the frame. Although our legs were quite tense at first and required deliberate muscle stretching when posing, the overall movements became very natural after a few adjustments. The entire set does not pursue exaggerated post-processing effects; it mainly captures the temperature of eye contact and physical touch between the two.

Shooting while wearing these hairpieces and headwear indeed demands endurance over the shoot's duration. For instance, the straps of the sheep horns easily slip, and the placement of the plush toys needed repeated fine-tuning to avoid looking stiff, but for the final outcome, these detailed adjustments were completely worth it. This highly daily-life kemonomimi cosplay set not only highlights the accuracy of the costumes and props but also expresses the natural atmosphere of the characters in a lifestyle setting. The shooting process was very relaxing, and the overall result of the photos met expectations. It is an indoor portrait set that heavily focuses on atmosphere.
