[Zhen Hai cosplay] The oriental charm of Azur Lane, flowing in the Qipao

This Qipao look I prepared for Zhen Hai from Azur Lane has always been my favorite. To properly express this oriental charm, I put a lot of effort into material selection and scene arrangement. The tailoring and texture of the black Qipao are outstanding, retaining the dignity of Chinese clothing while revealing a touch of modern agility in the details. Creating the atmosphere on set was also crucial; using white flowers, Chinese screens, and a Pipa as embellishments perfectly set off Zhen Hai's gentle and imposing temperament. Many of these shots haven't been fully retouched yet, but even at a glance, one can feel that quiet and sophisticated artistic conception. In the process of preparing this Cosplay, the capturing of this "atmosphere" was my ultimate pursuit, striving to ensure every frame accurately conveys the delicate emotions of the character. The overall color tone is controlled to a cool and high-end texture, combined with the changes of light and shadow, giving the images more storytelling.
