[Zhimiao cosplay] Office style custom design cosplay reversal in the workplace - Image 1

This shooting setup is a reversal plot in an office environment. I was supposed to be honestly sitting at my workstation processing documents, but before I knew it, I was pinned down on a dark brown leather sofa. This time I'm portraying a custom design cosplay of Zhimiao, not following the conventional settings, but trying a blonde hairstyle with Noir Corne cosplay, paired with a loose white shirt cosplay. The work badge hanging on my chest is actually an empty prop, and the text on it was laid out in post-production, all to match this casual yet slightly dangerous atmosphere.
The shooting day was actually a bit tough. The wig's bangs are quite long. To capture that hazy, slightly provocative look in my eyes, I kept communicating with the makeup artist about the blending range of the eyeshadow during touch-ups. The reddish-brown eyeshadow paired with a darker lip color looks exceptionally textured under the warm yellow side-top light. The cut of this white shirt is very oversized, belonging to that defenseless boyfriend style, so when lying on the bed sheet, I needed to pay close attention to angle control; a slight carelessness could easily make it look lacking in energy. The fine-bead bracelet and belt on my hands are small details deliberately matched to add a bit of subtle ingenuity where metal and texture collide.
The strap of the work badge was a bit choking on the neck. When lying down wearing it, I had to carefully adjust its position to ensure it naturally fell across my chest, increasing the layering of the frame. The photographer is very keen on capturing light and shadow, using the dark sofa in the background and the white bed sheet to form a strong contrast between light and shade. I kept searching for that half-asleep, lazy state: one hand naturally raised, the other casually lowered, eyes not focusing too much, aiming for that elusive sense of relaxation. To match this lazy vibe, the base makeup was specially treated with a slightly matte finish to reduce reflections and make the overall photo texture look steadier.
Regarding this custom design cosplay, it's mainly about expressing a contrast that breaks the convention. Usually, people might be used to the character's serious side, and occasionally showing this office daily life with a hint of danger is also an interesting attempt. During the shooting process, I tried my best to relax my body, letting the center of gravity completely give way to the sofa, so as to capture that effortless feeling. A lot of effort also went into managing the wig; the layering of the hair ends needed to be pinched out bit by bit with hair wax to ensure it could still maintain a three-dimensional contour while lying down. Although this styling looks simple, every detail from makeup to clothing is designed to create this unique mood.
Actually, lying on the bed sheet for a long time made my body a bit stiff, but seeing the interlaced texture of light and shadow in the final photos made everything feel worth it. This time it's entirely a personal custom design cosplay expression of my understanding of the character. If there are any discrepancies with everyone's expectations, please bear with me. Special thanks to the photographer's aesthetics and communication, which made it possible to capture such story-rich frames within a limited space. When shooting photos with this kind of emotional tension, the most important thing is to create a sense of interaction with the lens—not just simply striking a pose, but immersing oneself in that moment of being pinned down on the sofa and experiencing that subtle atmosphere.
