This set of Aemeath photos from the Firefly ACG Expo has finally achieved the level of recreation I envisioned. From the flow of the wig strands to the overall framework, and down to every detail on the costume, the makeup artist and I spent many days preparing beforehand to match the texture of the original art setting in Wuthering Waves.

What I chose to present this time is Aemeath's classic white battle gown paired with black and gold trim. The metal components at the neckline and the blue-purple gradient bowtie on the chest form the visual center of the entire look. To make the color scheme soft and not abrupt, we specially used a fabric with a subtle pearlescent shimmer, which looked highly ideal under the set lighting at the convention venue. The weapon held in my hands was also quite challenging; featuring a white blade paired with a cyan-and-pink gradient hilt, it went through two reworks from modeling to final physical production before the color difference was adjusted to my satisfaction.

The foot traffic at the Firefly ACG Expo on the day of the shoot was quite substantial, and navigating through the exhibition hall while wearing this gear was actually a big test of physical stamina. Fortunately, we reserved this corner with a European-style stained glass window background in advance at the back of the hall. When the light filtered through the glass and fell onto my hair and outfit, it truly provided a strong sense of immersion. The photographer is exceptionally skilled at catching facial expressions, allowing me to stay relaxed in a complex environment. Ultimately, the features and expressions in this photo set beautifully recreate the character's inherent determination and gentleness.

I have loved this character deeply since last year, and being able to appear at the convention with a high-quality cosplay image this time and capture so many unforgettable moments truly fulfilled a wish of mine. Although there are still a few areas in the costume and prop accuracy that can be further polished, the overall presentation exceeded expectations. As an enthusiast who frequently attends conventions, I also know well that great works require efficient communication and meticulous preparation. I hope to have more exchanges with friends who love ACG culture at more offline exhibitions in the future.
