[First Snow cosplay] The Snowy Realm of Arknights: Quiet Hours on the Ranch

This shoot completely stepped outside the comfort zone of indoor studios to engage directly with living sheep herds and untamed nature. To capture First Snow's pristine aura native to sacred snowscapes and mountain tribes, we chose an authentic highland Outdoor ranch. Balancing her canonical alpine motifs with the surrounding terrain required meticulous costume preparation.

The attire carries far more layers than anticipated—the sweeping blue-and-white skirt accented with geometric patterns, waist tassels, and symbolic accessories radiates exotic fantasy while remaining composed and dignified. The biggest hurdle lay in managing the voluminous white faux tail: though constructed with an internal wire frame for stability, navigating the terrain and sitting down required constant repositioning to prevent mud stains or snagging on wild twigs.

Working with live animals proved delightful. An adult sheep nearby stood remarkably calm and camera-responsive, gazing into the distance to evoke a sacred, totem-like presence. The lamb cuddled in my arms felt incredibly soft yet surprisingly heavy; keeping it peacefully nestled demanded holding a rigid posture so as not to startle it, while clasping hands across the chest channeled the character's ceremonial solemnity. Soft cloud cover provided natural diffusion across the muddy field, highlighting garment fleece and golden tassels with natural depth. Subdued makeup accentuated Kemonomimi girl features, yielding a truly authentic Arknights Roleplay chronicle.
