These convention hall shots of Ying from Honor of Kings are finally completely sorted! The wig, blending red, black, and white tones, rendered with exceptional tactile richness under direct sunlight—especially that sharp scarlet streak cascading down the right temple. Harmonizing with customized reddish-pink eye makeup, the resulting aloof glamour resonated seamlessly with the character's formidable presence.

The costume boasts an enormous amount of intricate tailoring. The black Leather jacket of the bodice is made of premium textiles; while sweltering during the convention days, its specular sheen before the lens was sensational. Geometric crimson diamond patterning across the torso and metallic blue-gray pauldrons enhanced the sharp angularity of the silhouette. Paired below with black shorts and white draped peplum armor, the overall silhouette achieved multidimensional depth. Because the design incorporates semi-sheer Black stockings, showcasing clean leg contours became a vital focus of the session. Grounded by chunky black ankle booties with diamond-accented leg straps, the dark, edgy aesthetic was pushed to the max.

The crimson serrated blade prop served as the beating heart of the entire gallery. To convey the feeling of the scarlet blade acting as an extension of a wing, I repeatedly recalibrated grip angles and arm tension. Raising a single arm required deliberate bicep engagement while sustaining an icy, detached facial expression. The outdoor low-crouch pose in Photo 3 was easily the most physically grueling take—demanding single-leg balance to anchor my entire body weight with the other suspended, all while preventing the leather jacket from bunching into unsightly folds. The photographer continually adjusted camera angles, leveraging monolithic stone pillars in the background to build stark tonal contrast between the cool gray architecture and the red-and-black subject.

Shooting was split into two sessions across the day. Flat indoor illumination prompted us to move outdoors, where low-angled natural side-lighting crisply demarcated the boundary between the crimson and white wig strands. Many poses had to be calibrated around the tight tailoring; the standing high-leg extension in Photo 4 looked effortless, yet required careful hem adjustments to avoid awkward exposure. Maintaining the pristine leather texture demanded great care during changing to avoid permanent creasing. A matte red lip and deepened outer eye wings kept the mood strictly aloof rather than sweet. Connecting with fellow Honor of Kings players at the convention gave me immense validation.
