Before the Christmas atmosphere fully fades away, I have reorganized and shared the Hyacinthia anime-style photo set that I missed posting before. This time, I specifically chose a red-and-white gown, along with her iconic pink twin-tails and a fluffy little hat, making the overall look perfectly fit the warmth of the holiday. During the shoot, French wrought-iron backdrops and gauze curtains were used, combined with the high-key diffuse reflection from a softbox to make the skin tone and hair color appear exceptionally translucent. For props, in addition to the custom staff and gift boxes, I specially made that cute little white rabbit pendant, filling it with detail. The character Hyacinthia itself has a strong healing attribute, so in my roleplay and pose design, I tried my best to maintain a light and lively feeling, such as resting my chin on one hand or holding up the gift box, which looks more interactive. For the makeup, the focus was on highlighting the outline of the eye makeup, using blue-grey colored contact lenses to echo the character setting, while the lip color was a natural peach shade so as not to steal the visual focus from the overall outfit. The fabric texture of this dress is actually very rich; the outer skirt is a glossy satin, and the lining features lace patchwork, which can all be reflected through the layers of light and shadow during the actual shoot. In post-processing, I didn't use excessive filters but instead preserved the original pink-and-white base tone of the photo, only slightly adjusting the exposure and color temperature to enhance the sense of airiness. Although that previous post was accidentally lost, good photos deserve to be seen again, serving as a memento for the last holiday atmosphere of this year.
