Cosplaying this work and sharing this set of convention photos is commemorative in many ways. A lot of thought went into conceptualizing this outfit during the prep stage, as I wanted to recreate the character's signature ambiance in front of the lens as faithfully as possible.

First, let's talk about the costume that everyone cares about most. This white wide-sleeved coat forms the main body of the look, and its tailored cut is well-suited for moving around at a comic convention without restricting body movement. The silver metallic buttons at the cuffs are not only detailed highlights, but also reflect a nice sheen under the venue lights, enhancing the jacket's draped texture. For the inner layer, I specifically chose a collared shirt with blue stripes on a white base, paired with a black-and-blue bow tie to give the neckline richer layering. The black leather texture of the corset waist cincher, combined with silver metal buckles, cinches and defines the upper and lower body proportions nicely—ensuring the outfit retains the flowy elegance of the wide sleeves without losing structure.

In terms of hair, makeup, and styling, I also did plenty of homework. The light purple wavy long hair took up the most preparation time on the wig, especially that striking white highlight on the bangs, which serves as the soul of the entire head styling. To keep the curls natural and well-defined, I used dedicated styling spray before the convention. The red contact lenses paired with specialized eye makeup—especially the soft red wash blended along the lower eyelid and that beauty mark near the corner of the eye—combined with the pointed elf ear makeup and styling props to deliver a distinctive and subtly mysterious aura. I also painted my nails solid black, which served as a great visual accent when striking various hand poses.

The shooting environment at a convention is quite busy, with many fellow fans and professional photography gear in the background, along with shifting lighting conditions. Yet it was precisely this vibrant atmosphere that helped me relax in front of the camera. As seen in the photos, one pose features both hands forming a triangle-like shape in front of the chest, lending a more lively vibe; the other pose shows a hand covering the mouth, which, paired with the red eyes and elf ears, reveals a mysterious and deep ambiance. These two shots showcase different facets of this styling, leaving me very satisfied with both.

For makeup, I used a matte, long-lasting base foundation because keeping the face clean and fresh is crucial under the combined trial of convention heat and continuous flashes. I also did my best to fine-tune my expressions before the lens, hoping to capture the character's independent yet slightly playful nature. Meeting so many fellow fans on-site to discuss hair, makeup, and prop techniques created a wonderfully pure community exchange. Although running around all day was exhausting, seeing these finished convention photos made all the preparation worthwhile. This was a thoroughly delightful cosplay journey, and I hope this cosplay sharing authentically conveys my interpretation of this costume and styling.
