[Remielle cosplay] Zenless Zone Zero: Black-winged angel's Accomplice Pact

Deconstructing this Remielle styling required far more patience than anticipated. From trimming the layers of the wig and positioning the red-and-black bow hair accessories, to that massive pair of black feathered wings, donning the entire gear occupied more than half the space. The splicing of black patent leather and translucent mesh fabric creates distinct reflective effects under studio lighting, placing high demands on photographic light control. To accentuate the corset structure and metallic zipper details on the chest, we repeatedly experimented with camera heights and light angles, purely to find the optimal perspective showcasing this fusion of techwear and gothic aesthetics.

Speaking of Remielle, her innate, enigmatic Black-winged angel aura is captivating. The accomplice setting mentioned in the post was my core creative entry point when choreographing poses. Standing there and slightly lifting one leg, the high-slit skirt perfectly revealed the black stockings and leg contours in this Stockings cosplay, while allowing the wings on my back to fully unfold. This posture carried distinct visual tension—appearing both like an invitation and an untouchable danger. The black bows on the stockings and the strappy high heels resonated wonderfully in these full-body compositions. To prevent monotonous visuals, we also prepared black feathers, tossing them by hand or blending them in post-production to create a falling ambiance. Accurately capturing the feathers suspended in mid-air while maintaining composure in facial expression required constant pacing of breath and fluid movement.

The oversized ruffled cuffs easily bunched up during poses, so between takes, I constantly neatened the sleeves to ensure hand movements—like resting my chin, brushing hair, or extending an arm—maintained fluid lines. The metallic buckles and white star motifs across the outfit stood out vividly against the solid gray backdrop. Shooting this photo set was truly a dual test of stamina and expressiveness; supporting the massive wing props required strong core strength to project an effortless lightness. But seeing the final images, all the deliberation over light and shadow, the micro-adjustments in posture, and the dedication to capturing the character's mystery were richly rewarded. Sharing these photos today is also my way of archiving these moments brimming with dark allure and sensual tension in this Xi'an cosplay journey.
