Shooting this Cinderella theme from GODDESS OF VICTORY: NIKKE at the CHCC expo was a thoroughly delightful creative experience. The on-site lighting and venue ambiance unexpectedly complemented the textures of this costume, resulting in a high hit-rate of great shots. Regarding the hair, the white twin tails—sure to delight any White hair fetishist—featured long extensions adorned with white floral pieces and black satin ribbon hair accessories. While the volume looked generously fluffy, moving around in the crowded convention hall was quite a test of wig stability.

The outfit itself is packed with rich details. The black choker at the neckline spliced with lace is a prominent highlight that neatly frames the neck. Under the cool-toned studio lights, the silver glossy fabric of the upper bodice reflects a gorgeous metallic sheen, while the puff sleeves give the shoulders a crisper, more structured silhouette. The black-and-white ribbon bow at the waist paired with the outer silver-white sheer tulle overskirt establishes rich layering; being light and airy, the skirt hem billowed naturally with movement and posing. The lace gloves and trailing white ribbons at the wrists also provided lovely visual extension.

For footwear, I deliberately chose clear chunky-heeled sandals to preserve the sleek continuity of the leg lines while matching the character's serene, cool aesthetic. In standing poses, the posture showcased garment tailoring and body proportions to their fullest, whereas the seated shots on the carpet and the black metal step stool focused more on eye contact and ambient atmosphere. During the shoot, I coordinated fine details with the photographer—such as lightly touching my chest or the subtle lift of the skirt hem—exploring how delicate body language could express her cool yet gentle persona.

Although the convention floor was bustling, we managed to find relatively clean corners, utilizing softboxes and reflectors to build a soft, diffused lighting environment. Because silver and white dominate the color palette, I opted for lightweight base makeup paired with pink-purple eyeshadow, ensuring the visual focus remained on the eyes and preventing the face from looking washed out against the light wig in this Anime-style photography session.

Overall, from costume selection and styling to generating Convention photos, this Cinderella cosplay followed my core creative approach: faithfully restoring baseline character traits while infusing our own interpretation of her present state. The silver-white locks, translucent gaze, and reflective silver fabrics created an ethereal charm under the lens that I absolutely adore. These selected Convention photos highlight what I consider the most balanced angles. While I couldn't wear traditional glass slippers, styling with modern clear sandals subtly resonated with the playful banter about glass slippers. As quick on-site convention captures without heavy CGI, the imagery relies on live lighting and framing. I hope the 2D aesthetic presented here conveys our passion and the pure joy of creating at the expo.
