This time, I'm cosplaying Vita from Honkai Impact 3rd. The sheer amount of detail on this costume is massive—from the irregular patchwork panels on the chest to the metallic-colored armor pieces on the arms, every single part needed precise restoration. To present the character's slightly detached yet mysterious temperament, the wig was specially chosen as grey-blue long straight hair, which has an excellent drape. For the makeup, the focus was on reinforcing the eye contours, elongating the eye shape with eyeshadow, and pairing it with a warmer lip color so that the overall visual has a soft transition without losing its cool tone. The shooting scene used a background with green fluorescent light tubes, forming a cool-toned echo with the character's blue, white, and black color scheme; the lighting on-site was slightly harsh, but it perfectly brought out the texture of the armor. This set of photos mainly features sitting postures, and the fluffiness of the skirt hem and the direction of the ribbons were adjusted on the bedsheets so that the large area of blue fabric could spread out naturally, increasing the layering of the frame. In post-processing, the skin texture wasn't over-modified, retaining some real makeup grain, which I feel is closer to the state of an offline cosplayer. Every time I shoot a game character, I repeatedly cross-reference the original setting, and this time took quite a while to prepare, from wig trimming to prop adjustments. Being able to bring a beloved character from the 2D world into reality is inherently an act full of accomplishment. During the shoot, I exchanged a lot of feedback on light and shadow with the photographer, successfully catching that character demeanor that is both cool and a bit lazy. I hope this group of photos lets you feel Vita's unique charm, and many thanks to the on-site staff for their cooperation.
