[Remielle cosplay] Zenless Zone Zero Retro Gothic Tea Party in Progress

The layering of this Remielle gown is extraordinarily rich, splicing navy and black velvet with sheer dark gauze. The multi-tiered brown and black bell sleeves caught easily on tabletop ornaments during movement, but created stunning, graceful drapes on camera. The dense black feather train across the back carried substantial weight, demanding mindful core engagement to walk smoothly without tripping or breaking posture.

The wig was multi-layer razor cut to achieve this airy, fluffy blush-pink volume. Prosthetic elf ears formed the core of the character: skin wax smoothed their edges into the complexion, while vivid violet contacts required a focused, locked-in gaze to avoid looking hollow under lighting. Centering the crimson-and-black bow headpiece required painstaking symmetry adjustments to keep the silhouette balanced.

The vintage parlor set featured black-and-white checkerboard flooring and deep red velvet drapery, accented with crystal chandeliers, antique mantle clocks, rotary telephones, and a gramophone. Posing leaned heavily into this atmosphere: lifting the porcelain teacup with controlled wrist tension and an elongated spine, sitting on the antique table while lifting the rotary handset, or resting a delicate hand across the chessboard while letting the heavy feather train spill naturally.

The sheer black Stockings with scalloped lace cuffs and ribbon garters paired with chunky-heeled Mary Janes. Arranging skirt flounces so they wouldn't obscure the garter straps while legs were crossed required constant coordination with the photographer, keeping ankles pointed to elongate leg lines. Warm key lighting brought out lush velvet sheens, forming an electric contrast between pastel pink hair, purple irises, and crimson curtains—a decadent tribute to Zenless Zone Zero in true Retro Gothic fashion.
