Part of the convention photos from this BilibiliWorld (BW) has finally been sorted out. Braving the typhoon to attend the convention was indeed quite a challenge, but being able to meet everyone makes it all worth it. This time I'm cosplaying Nico, and a lot of effort went into restoring the overall styling. To fit the character's temperament, the styling and trimming of the wig were repeatedly adjusted many times. The pink twin tails need to achieve a fluffy and layered effect, and the bangs must also be fixed into a specific curvature with hairspray, plus black and yellow hair clips as embellishments, trying to make the details as precise as possible. In terms of makeup, green contact lenses are the soul, matched with a pink-toned eyeshadow and exaggerated false eyelashes, which enlarges the eyes while increasing the 2D anime atmospheric feel. The material of the clothing was also carefully selected: a black short leather jacket paired with a white cropped vest, with black geometric patterns on the chest. The lower body features black leather shorts with white fluff trimming on the edges, and the yellow rivets on the belt and leg rings are very eye-catching under the lighting. The black leather collar on the neck and the black arm sleeves are also indispensable accessories. In terms of props, the black box carried in hand is pasted with yellow graffiti and clock patterns, and the yellow bunny pouch hanging from the waist adds a bit of playfulness to the overall styling. At the convention site, thanks to the guidance of various photography mentors, these satisfying photos could be taken. How to adjust postures in different scenes, such as utilizing leg lines and waist curves to showcase the character's traits, the mentors all gave great suggestions. There was a pose of lifting a leg in front of the glass; in order to capture the best dynamic, it was tried repeatedly several times. This time at the BW site, I also met many cute companions. Everyone helped each other watch bags and tidy up clothes, and the atmosphere was exceptionally good. A pleasant surprise was the co-branded beef jerky with ZZZ (Zenless Zone Zero); perhaps wandering the convention consumed too much physical energy, so eating it made it taste exceptionally good. The atmosphere of a convention always makes people full of vitality, and being able to exchange cosplay insights and share shooting experiences with everyone is a very joyful thing. More convention photos are currently being organized, and this BW trip has left many wonderful memories.
