The core of this design is the contrast between bridal purity and heavy industrial mechanics. The large front-zipper structure on the top demands a form-fitting silhouette, yet it granted the outfit immense visual recognition across the convention floor. To recreate the neck lock and chains, I selected medium-weight metallic hardware to ensure it didn't look flimsy on camera; wearing it throughout the day was physically demanding, but the photographic fidelity was deeply satisfying.

The distressed effect on the skirt hem was another major highlight—the natural brown gradient transitions at the edges paired with the mint-green inner lining made the character's color palette pop even within the crowded, chaotic backgrounds of CPSP.

The wig was styled into a clean, crisp updo accented by a floral wreath and veil. The white bouquet served as an essential prop, softening the cold, rigid mechanical elements with its gentle tone.

Convention photography is demanding endurance work. Scouting spots with decent lighting and fewer people while navigating thick-soled boots and an expansive skirt was challenging, particularly with the hem constantly risking getting stepped on. For posing, I relied mostly on three-quarter profiles and crouching stances to elongate body lines and flatter leg proportions. The first medium close-up is my personal favorite, clearly showcasing the intricate details of the costume.

Post-processing avoided excessive filtration, focusing on preserving the original light and shadow texture to authentically render metallic reflections—one of the standout features of this outfit.

Beyond enlarging the eyes, the makeup focused on blending blush across a wider area to harmonize with the delicate headpiece, adding dimensional structure so the face wouldn't flatten under the lens.

While posing on the floor, the photographer flagged lighting angle nuances, and I adjusted the fabric folds along the zipper to ensure the neckline shadow looked natural. Pure white garments easily overexpose under natural light—especially expansive sheer tulle sections—requiring the photographer to strictly control exposure parameters to bring out rich fabric textures. The photographer showed immense patience throughout. Though utterly exhausted afterward, leaving behind such high-texture shots at CPSP made every bit of fatigue worthwhile.

The silhouette of this outfit is fantastic: it relies not only on leg straps and neck chains for layered depth, but also balances them with the airy lightness of expansive white tulle and the floral wreath. Holding the bouquet forward infused lively vibrancy into the frame. Overall, it bridges feminine charm with hardcore conceptual costume design. During movement, the zipper naturally created dynamic, irregular curves that served as great visual anchors in the composition.
