I am really satisfied with this set of "Patchouli" Convention photos from the Worldline Anime Convention. To restore this complex look, I spent a lot of time making the Handmade cosplay costume; from fabric texture selection to complex lace stitching, every pleat's direction is the result of repeated polishing. Although the handmade process is very energy-consuming, the moment I saw the finished photos, all the fatigue vanished. To match the mysterious atmosphere of the "library keeper," we did a lot of detailed processing in post-production color grading, striving to present that texture which is gorgeous beneath a suppressed tone. The on-site lighting coordination was excellent, especially the flowing light effect of purple velvet and lace under specific light and shadow, which greatly improved the overall visual height. As a creator who pursues details, being able to express this complex aesthetic in such a large Anime convention is a very fulfilling creative experience. Every subtle adjustment is to ensure the final image can accurately capture the character's spirit. For the post-production of this work, I also did a lot of light and shadow retouching, striving to let the story flow even in the static images.
