Trapping Chisa in the classroom for a frantic shoot, this set of photos focuses on recreating the somewhat rebellious yet slightly lazy campus vibe of Chisa from Wuthering Waves. Choosing a real-life classroom setting instantly makes the setting, which originally only existed in the game, three-dimensional and alive. In terms of costume, the red ribbon and long black hair with straight bangs are the character's signature features. The sheer look of the jacket and the black strap decorations provide a strong sense of layering, accented with a red bow tie and a black choker. The overall style is full of the collision between techwear and school uniform elements.

The makeup was specifically designed to match the character's aloof nature while blending in the lively complexion of a student. During the shoot, we utilized the afternoon natural light streaming through the windows, combined with the classroom's built-in warm lighting, successfully creating a vibe that felt like being candidly captured while slacking off during class. To fit the theme better, I prepared a pencil as an interactive prop. Biting the pencil or casually playing with my hair, paired with that genuine expression of "school is annoying anyway," the naturally leaking trace of impatience actually showed a gap-moe side of the character.

The wood grain on the floor, the chalk marks on the blackboard, and the metal storage lockers in the background—these environmental elements were not intentionally avoided during the shoot, but instead enhanced a sense of daily life that is hard to match in anime convention photos. The most interesting part of the shoot was trying various camera angles, such as low or high angles, to break the well-behaved student vibe, giving the frames both a lively dynamic and Chisa's unique cool temperament. For characters without a purely combat setting, shooting this kind of daily-oriented work is often more rewarding. Recreating another side of the character through detailed props and emotional guidance makes the character's own story feel more complete and enriched.
