[Izuna cosplay] Transforming into Blue Archive's little fox for a dashing ninja showdown

Whoosh whoosh whoosh~ Izuna-style Ninjutsu officially activated! Today's convention photo snapshots wrapped up smoothly.

Deciding to bring Izuna from Blue Archive to life this time, I prepared myself mentally to handle this super fluffy fox tail. Not only is this tail huge in volume, but it also requires an internal steel frame structure to support its upward curve. Walking around the convention hall required maintaining balance while making sure it didn't bump into passersby—a real test of core strength!

In terms of costume design, the key was recreating the fusion of a sailor collar with a Japanese-style haori jacket. The white base vest and dark blue sailor collar underneath are relatively simple, perfectly highlighting the gorgeous pink cherry blossom outer jacket. The fabric has a subtle sheen, which, paired with the bright yellow wide obi belt, showed off amazing material texture and color saturation under the high convention ceiling lights and strong flashes. Black fingerless gloves and hard wrist guards on my hands instantly dialed up the cool, dashing combat vibe.

For the lower half, I wore a pleated miniskirt paired with asymmetrical legwear. One leg features black lace fishnet socks with a mesh texture, while the other has a pure black over-the-knee stocking, topped off with dark platform leather shoes. The photographer deliberately shot from a low angle, using a wide-angle lens to visually elongate leg proportions, maximizing the leg-focused visual effect through extreme composition.

For props, I prepared a long polearm weapon to boost the combat readiness, decorated with red and pink paint accents along its wooden shaft. In a single-leg ninja stance, this prop served both as a balance tool and as a weighty visual anchor in the frame. Posing for these dynamic shots—standing on one leg with knees slightly bent, lowering my center of gravity, while holding the spear with one hand or swinging the wide sleeves of the pink jacket—took many repeated attempts to stabilize. Huge thanks to the photographer's precise continuous shooting and motion capture!

Lighting at convention venues is quite complex; matrix overhead lights left heavy reflections on the polished floor below, but this sharp contrast actually became something great to leverage during post-processing color grading. Against my glowing halo, synchronized movements kicking up tiny specks of dust gave the photos a dynamic "Ninjutsu" visual effects feel. The blurred background crowds and booths served perfectly to emphasize the character's focus without stealing the spotlight.

Although the venue was crowded with busy background distractions, capturing clean, sharp action moments in such an environment felt deeply rewarding. I hope the visual presentation this time allows everyone to feel a bit of my "Izuna-style Ninjutsu" charm right through the screen!
