[Sandrone Cosplay] A Ragdoll Cat-like Smile, The Daily Life of a Genshin Impact Marionette

For this shoot, I chose Sandrone from Genshin Impact, completely captivated by her doll-like refinement and somewhat mysterious, detached aura. Combined with that previous side-by-side collage of a human and a cat, the core inspiration for this look was to present a visual overlap between a \"marionette and a ragdoll cat.\"

To recreate the character, I created this Self-styled outfit and wig from scratch. The white lace trim, the signature gray ribbon on the chest, and the white hair ornament with hollowed-out details on top—every part strives to stay true to the original character design. The wig is a light flaxen blonde; I specially styled the bangs and the fluffy curls on both sides, and sprinkled gold glitter among the strands, hoping for a starlight-like effect under soft indoor lighting.

The makeup is the absolute centerpiece of this look. The Blue colored contacts are the soul of it, paired with pink-toned lower eyeshadow and smudging around the eyes, giving the gaze both the hollow emptiness of a puppet and a hint of tipsy softness. To echo the cat in the photo, I deliberately amplified the sweetness of the Cat-like makeup, attempting to strike a balance in the overall atmosphere between a \"mechanical puppet\" and a \"vivid little animal.\"

In terms of shooting techniques, I chose a pose holding a small white teacup. This action not only hides any awkwardness in the hands but also complements the fluffy lace on the upper body, creating the elegance and languor of enjoying afternoon tea. During the shoot, to prevent the gaze from appearing too sharp, I had to repeatedly adjust my angles and line of sight. This was a significant test of facial expression management, hence the anxious \"apologies for being OOC.\"

I really love this creative approach of associating character traits with cute real-world creatures. Rather than pursuing a 100% flawless replica, I hope to showcase my own understanding of Sandrone through this Self-styled outfit. Behind every photo is the optimal lighting and expression found through repeated trial and error. Seeing her presented before the lens in a way that is both wooden yet brimming with a touch of vitality makes the entire, albeit exhausting, shooting process incredibly fulfilling.
