[Sandrone Cosplay] Genshin Impact: Classical Portrait Record of the Fatui Harbinger

The focus of this photoshoot was capturing Sandrone's classical texture that combines elegance with a unique aristocratic aura. The overall makeup and styling leaned towards an oil painting aesthetic, striving to recreate the character's exquisite details in a real-world setting. A black-and-gold leather collar with a red gem around the neck, paired with white ruffled headwear and an off-the-shoulder design—putting on all these accessories alone took quite a bit of effort.

The shoot location was selected in an indoor space with classic European carvings. Warm yellow lighting cast across the setting, paired with light blue contact lenses, making the eye makeup appear remarkably deep. Long flaxen hair with see-through air bangs presented a soft texture under warm lighting, perfectly coordinating with the costume's color scheme.

The quill pen and book were key props for this session. Holding the white quill with gloved hands while flipping through book pages created an atmosphere of recording or deep contemplation. To make holding the pen look natural, hand angles were adjusted many times during shooting to avoid stiffness. Beyond hand gestures, the angle of the open book was repeatedly tested so inner page textures were subtly revealed.

In post-processing, a gentle soft-focus effect was added to render skin texture more luminous, while moderately lowering background brightness to keep the visual focus firmly anchored on the character. A European-style sofa and gold-framed mirror served as background decor, adding weight and vintage elegance to the composition.

The most fascinating aspect of Genshin Impact cosplay is recreating fan-created concepts and lore through photography to accomplish an Anime-style photoshoot. From combing wigs to smoothing out costume hems, every step requires patience. With high costume and prop fidelity along with perfectly coordinated lighting, the overall result made for a truly satisfying Cosplay sharing experience.
