In terms of makeup, to match the 'Haoqi' aura, I opted for a fair and radiant base to capture the cool, translucent complexion typical of game characters. However, the shoot came with minor hurdles. Due to the off-the-shoulder design and the humid summer weather, mosquitoes were quite active by the outdoor water; maintaining elegant poses while dealing with insects required true composure. Additionally, the red railings reflected intense light that could cast an unwanted reddish hue on the skin if angles were mismanaged, so we lowered exposure compensation appropriately to soften the illumination.

The overall shooting atmosphere was very relaxing. Rather than chasing grand scale, we focused on delivering fine details and genuine emotion. In post-processing, only basic color adjustments were applied to preserve the crisp, natural tone of the raw shots without excessive skin airbrushing or contour warping. After all, the style of Qixiu inherently favors agility and graceful elegance, and keeping this authenticity felt far more fitting.
