Stepping into the perfect rhythm of light and shadow, I am personally very satisfied with the level of completion of this studio shoot set. This time, a pure black background was chosen to completely focus the visual center of attention on the character herself, the texture of the costume, and the props.

Selecting the wig actually took quite a lot of time. This cyan-green wig carries a touch of matte texture; paired with the braided twists on both sides and small pink bows, it presents that translucent sense of vitality. The deer antlers and pink beast-ear decorations on top of the head seamlessly incorporate the character's elements.

The costume utilizes a white-to-pink gradient fabric, with the massive pink bow on the chest serving as the visual focal point, and the embedded sapphires reflecting the light beautifully. What required the most effort was the matching beaded chain; every single colored small bead had to be manually positioned, accurately restoring the accessory details of the original design. The multi-layered ruffles on the wrists and the light tulle of the skirt hem do their best to create a flowing elegance. The semi-transparent wings on the back and the staff in hand enrich the areas that would otherwise be left blank.

My personal favorite is the photo where I am holding the staff. Regarding the control of props, the angle of gripping the staff and the posture of raising my hand during the shoot often required repeated adjustments to fully display the layers of the bow and skirt while avoiding blocking the radiance of the gemstone on the head of the staff.

Thanks again to the photographer Mubai for capturing the moment where light, shadow, and styling fit together best. To highlight the ethereal and weightless traits of the deer spirit, the lighting used a relatively soft diffuse reflection, cleverly employing side-lighting to illuminate the facial contours and make the highlights in the pupils appear exceptionally bright. Shooting in front of a black reflective cloth during a studio shoot is highly demanding on the latitude of light and shadow; any slight slip can lead to overexposure or stray light in the background, but the lighting in this final set is controlled just right.

Actually, my deepest impression from doing this cosplay is that bringing a design that originally stayed in illustrations into reality is inseparable from the tacit cooperation of costumes, props, makeup, styling, and photography. Although we bustled around in the studio for most of the day, because transporting, putting on, taking off, and combining the staff and various large props was very tedious, the moment I saw the final photos, I truly felt it was all worth it.

From the overall styling of the costume, makeup, and props, I believe this kind of static cosplay photoshoot allows people to quiet their minds and appreciate the aesthetic beauty of the design itself. Without needing too many flashy movements, standing there quietly can also convey that serenity unique to a fantasy world. The pure white thigh-high stockings and the mixed textures of the skirt hem keep the overall styling balanced and unified in its color tone. It serves as a great piece of Anime-style photography.
