Our support crew and photographers coordinated to spread our positions across the venue's industrial zone; beyond the cool key light on the main subject, vintage equipment and black cables scattered across the floor in the background served as organic compositional elements. The Group photo taken with a wide-angle lens delivered an immersive presence: although the three of us wore outfits with distinct design details, placing elements of the same design language together alongside our respective props instantly summoned the atmosphere of a housekeeping team executing an off-site field mission in Zenless Zone Zero. The lighting was executed brilliantly, highlighting facial contours while casting rich dimensional shadows across garment ruffles and straps.
Finally, speaking of the mirror selfie shot: during every complex cosplay shoot, constant minor adjustments are indispensable—such as the flow of the wig bangs, whether apron straps loosen during wide movements, or if the stockings have snagged. That brief pause before the mirror is often my most relaxed moment; even with black-out paper rolls leaning nearby on set, it captures the most authentic state. Maintaining such an intense combat-ready state in real life from early morning dressing to wrapping up at night is indeed exhausting, but seeing on-site photo deliveries and photographer feedback made all the hard work worthwhile.
