[Cissia Cosplay] Zenless Zone Zero's Denpa Girl Under the Neon Lights

This time, I'm sharing my Zenless Zone Zero Cissia Cosplay prints. The overall ambiance of this set is exceptionally lively, perfectly matching the high-energy attribute of the character. The costume design features numerous details; the upper body is an off-the-shoulder, pink-and-black color-blocked crop top, with a black-and-white ribbon tie at the neckline, paired with a black leather choker holding a small metallic pendant, beautifully manifesting the character's slightly rebellious yet adorable traits. The arm sleeves utilize a detached, exaggerated design, with white puff sleeves matching black-and-gold borders, delivering immense visual tension whenever the arm movements are broad. The lower half features a black multi-layered pleated short skirt. The most eye-catching part of this ensemble is the combination of over-the-knee stockings and thigh straps, which not only refines the leg silhouette but also introduces a ton of layering.

In terms of makeup and hair, the yellow long hair twin-tails are accented with white plush ball hair ornaments and black bowknots, coordinated with the signature red colored contacts to make my entire demeanor look incredibly spirited. When shooting outdoors, red colored contacts and highly vibrant wigs heavily test the character's expressiveness, so I consciously focused my gaze during the shoot, striving to align closely with that fluid yet confident visual effect.

This time, the photographer and I selected a neon-themed photo spot. The background's tape recorder styling, musical note icons, and audio equalizer stripes filled the frame with electronic music and an Anime cosplay street vibe, which paired flawlessly with the color palette and temperament of this costume. This set of prints features three different movements. In print one, I adopted a pose making playful gestures by the sides of my face with my mouth slightly splayed, capturing a highly whimsical and completely relaxed state that is perfect as an interactive print to liven up the mood. Print two features me crouching down with one hand on my hip and the other raised; this is actually an action that heavily tests body balance and the flow of clothing folds, and the photographer did an awesome job capturing it. Print three is a dynamic snapshot of both arms extending forward and fingers splayed, showcasing an open posture where that sudden burst of confidence is highly prominent. If I had to choose one as the cover for the entire set, I would choose print two. The reason is simple: the composition of print two is extremely stable, with the subject centered and completely uncropped, while this crouching pose flawlessly displays the waistline section of the costume, the layers of the black short skirt, and attractive design elements like the stocking thigh straps, hitting the visual focus beautifully without looking forced.

The replication accuracy of this costume actually heavily tests the pattern making of the costume factory, especially the detached arm sleeves and the fluffiness of the skirt hemline, which must guarantee a crisp look once worn while being able to coordinate with the photographer's flash to project a three-dimensional depth. To avoid the clothing losing its shape during the outdoor shoot, I also made quite a few adjustments. The entire black, pink, and white color scheme creates a distinct cyber vibe under Neon light photography, and the accents of red and black elements inject a bit of coolness into the originally sweet styling. I absolutely love the shooting environment this time; although the scene was crowded and noisy, once I entered the shooting state and synchronized with the photographer's rhythm, I swiftly found that denpa girl feeling of Cissia. For me, every single cosplay is a brand-new experience, striving to present character traits to live up to my own meticulous preparations for this wonderful showcase of Convention photos.
