[Yixuan Cosplay] Boundaries of Silver, White, and Grey in Zenless Zone Zero: Harmony of Yin and Yang, Unity of Tao and Art

The lighting setup by the photographer, combined with the cool white ceiling lights of the convention center, gave this predominantly black-and-white outfit an exceedingly crisp texture. Today's Yixuan cosplay outfit from Zenless Zone Zero received surprisingly great feedback on site. In particular, the waist-cinched cut of the top and the striped lines along the sleeves strongly emphasized the silhouette under the lights.

Let's talk about the hair and head styling first. The silver-white wig has nice layering, with small black horns at the crown serving as the core that supports the character's persona, while elf ears on the sides add a touch of light, reality-transcending airiness to the overall contour. The blue corsage at the collar stands as the sole pop of color in this entire black, white, and grey outfit, acting as an excellent visual center. The coat has a structured fit, combining black-and-grey stripes with silver trim to echo nicely with the layered grey pleated skirt hem, paired further with a white lace underskirt—achieving both the sleekness of combat gear and the aesthetic beauty of tailored apparel.

Paired with sheer black stockings and glossy black stiletto high heels, this classic High heels and black stockings outfit extends overall body proportions while maintaining character fidelity. The shoot took place inside a large convention center; the high metal grid ceiling and clean, reflective tiled floor were ideal for capturing crisp, clean full-body shots. Photographer Qiwu worked efficiently, quickly finding a standing spot with uniform ambient light and no obstructions.

In terms of body language, we experimented with a few different vibes. In the first shot, holding up that special card with both hands brought out nice texture on the green runes, which, paired with a slightly raised head angle, carried an immersive operator vibe. In the second shot, turning around with arms outstretched utilized the flowing motion of coat sleeves and pleated skirt to showcase a dynamic side. In the third shot, resting both hands behind the head ornaments with legs slightly crossed presented a relaxed posture, complemented by sheer stockings and patent leather heels to show a blend of sleekness and elegance while maximizing body silhouette extension. In the final shot, I sat on my portable pink Doraemon rolling suitcase, which accidentally created a fun contrast between everyday life and character persona, breaking the monotony of pure standing poses.

I am personally satisfied with the level of detail restored in this costume—from metallic chest accessories to white wrist paneling and wig sideburn curves, everything stayed as close to official designs as possible. Lights at the anime convention venue were complex; high-wattage ceiling lamps combined with glass floor reflections produced gorgeous mirror highlights on the black patent heels. Selecting this batch of shots for the Convention photo report, I kept these specific photos because their lighting atmosphere resonated with the inner essence mentioned in the lore—the harmony of Yin and Yang, the unity of Tao and art, both sharp and focused.

Despite the crowded convention environment, adjusting camera angles slightly yielded a spacious and serene aesthetic. Across the entire session, outfit fabric breathability and heel comfort for continuous standing were put to the test in practice.
