Currently expanding my circle to connect with local Chengdu photographers who still actively play Genshin Impact for Collaborative photography, aiming to steadily check off all the unshot Genshin Impact fan projects waiting in my wardrobe. P1 is my model card, and P2 shows my current wardrobe inventory—you can see there are still many Genshin-related costumes and fan-concept outfits that have yet to be shot. Recently, I noticed that most of the collaborative photographers I previously worked with have stopped playing Genshin, making communication around character lore and backstories quite difficult. Hence, I'm looking to connect with photographers who are still actively invested in the game.
Hair and makeup are completely covered on my end—I have a steady, trusted makeup artist, and costume details and wig styling will always be fully prepared in advance so the photographer won't need to worry about that. Furthermore, my accounts on both Douyin and Xiaohongshu have surpassed 10k followers. If our collaboration goes smoothly and yields satisfying results, we can set up co-creator credits on the posts, offering great platform exposure for the photographer as well.
I have just a few small preferences for prospective photographers. First, I hope you are a player familiar with Genshin characters and their storylines, so during pre-production brainstorming, we can collaboratively discuss character posing, scenic ambiance, and storyboards. Every Genshin character has a distinctive backstory and personality; I want the finished frames to transcend merely standing around in costume posing, capturing an ambiance and narrative depth faithful to the lore, which requires an authentic understanding of the game. Second, please understand that I do not connect with profiles that have zero portfolio work or focus solely on non-2D/real-life subjects.
I personally place strong emphasis on pre-shoot communication and thorough preparation. Once a character is finalized, I steam and prep the garments, confirm makeup specifics with my artist, and arrange relevant props. If you know of suitable locations or studios, we can discuss them together. Outside of shoots, we can also chat about new storyline updates or trade inspiring lighting and composition references.
Additionally, cosplayers interested in building Genshin Impact fan projects together are warmly invited to connect! There are still many planned projects in my wardrobe, and several characters call for partners or group appearances. We can team up, book shoots together when we find the right photographer, and coordinate dates and venues with greater flexibility.
