This shoot was chosen in an outdoor space where light and shadow intertwine, with the core purpose of capturing the delicate texture of Altria's daily life after shedding her armor. Many friends are used to her heroic appearance as a "savior," but actually, this casual outfit against a school background can better reflect the soft side deep in her heart. To accurately restore this atmosphere, I made a lot of considerations in makeup and styling, especially to balance her "clumsy" attribute with her composure as a king, putting extra thought into grasping her gaze.
During the actual shooting process, the flow of ambient light and shadow greatly enriched the layers of the picture. This kind of non-studio Convention photo environment often brings more unexpected agility to the character. Whether it's the texture of the skirt hem or the detail presentation of the hair accessories under the light and shadow, it offers a stronger sense of immersion than simple indoor sets. We also paid special attention to the sense of space when framing, hoping to let everyone see a more three-dimensional character through this wide-angle capture—she is not just a sharp blade on the battlefield, but also a girl living quietly under the daily sunshine. This sense of balance in temperament is the core pursuit of this set of works. I hope these photos can bring you a different perspective.
