At the Zenless Zone Zero booth at the Hangzhou China International Cartoon and Animation Festival, I actually ran into this remarkably faithful Billy cosplayer (Billy cosplay), and we seized the chance to take this photo together amid the bustling Anime convention venue atmosphere.
Preparing for today's venue appearance, I carefully groomed my styling: long pink hair paired with a bright yellow bow hair accessory, along with green contact lenses chosen after much deliberation, giving the facial makeup a unique texture that harmonized wonderfully with the Anime convention venue lighting. The colorway of the hat and jacket echoed the character's lively personality; although looking a bit gentler and more reserved standing beside Billy, the overall color clash still carried that dynamic tension unique to conventions.
Let's talk about the look of the Billy cosplayer beside me. That red-and-black color-blocked armored jacket had fantastic texture, and the iconic yellow angular chest emblem was delicate and sharp. In Zenless Zone Zero, Billy has always enjoyed immense popularity; his lore and effortlessly agile combat style have left a deep impression on players. Aside from our two outfits, there was quite a lineup of other Zenless Zone Zero characters at the Anime convention venue, such as Anby, Nicole, Nekomata, and more. Whenever people recognized each other, they would snap photos and greet one another. The atmosphere was relaxed and joyful—no one judged whose cosplay was more accurate or whose props were more polished; everyone was simply an anime enthusiast embracing the experience, which is the true charm of offline gatherings.
