Challenging the Sacred Listening First Snow from Arknights this time, what fascinated me most was that dress that blends Japanese style cosplay elements with agile details. In the costume production process, I paid special attention to the drape of the skirt and the texture of the fabric, striving to show the character's unique elegance and solemnity in different movements. Especially that pair of agile cat-ear decorations, under the light and shadow of different angles, can instantly bring in that cold and tenacious atmosphere, which is the key to restoring the character's soul.
To better restore the artistic conception of "swearing by wind and snow," the shooting location was selected between textured snow and colorful banners. This contrast not only enriches the visual layering but also reveals a kind of sacred power in the quiet snow scene. From the cold color transition of the makeup to the complex weaving of the hair, every subtle handling is a tribute to the character's personality. Although the process of this cosplay posed a great challenge to physical strength in the cold wind, when seeing the calmness and tranquility presented in the finished product, all the polishing of details became very meaningful. This is not only the restoration of the character but also the ultimate pursuit of the aesthetics of this costume.
