In the bustling exhibition hall during the May Day holiday, this teal silhouette and the black trident certainly attracted a lot of attention.

Let's start with the texture of this costume. The upper body uses a white camisole as a base, covered by a black leather corset. The corset is covered with metal rings and crisscross laces—a design that effectively cinches the waistline while adding a touch of punk and combat vibe to the overall style. The bow tie at the collar and the hair accessories feature a plaid fabric with deep teal and light blue color-blocking, and the star embellishments add a playful touch to the originally darker design. Black lace borders and white ruffled inner layers are added to the lower skirt, creating rich layering.

What satisfies me the most is actually the pairing of the legs and shoes. The ripped black stockings offer just the right amount of skin exposure, preventing it from looking too stuffy while carrying a subtly sexy temperament. And those platform boots are absolutely the highlight of the entire look. The body of the boot is made of black patent leather, covered with rows of metal rivets, reflecting beautifully under the convention lighting. The soles and the top edges of the boots feature special teal color-blocking, perfectly echoing the hair color and skirt hem visually, making the whole outfit look incredibly harmonious.

As for the hairstyle and accessories, I wore the iconic teal long twin-tails this time, with a peach-pink gradient at the hair ends to make the layers richer. The black devil horns on top of my head and the small black wings behind my back, coupled with the black trident in my hand that stands over a person tall, made the character's little devil style elements very full. Although the prop is lightweight, due to its large volume, I had to constantly control my center of gravity when posing, especially for single-leg balancing movements. For poses like the single-leg stance in Photo 1 and Photo 5, keeping a natural expression while making the trident create a diagonal composition in the frame actually required adjusting angles several times during the shoot.

The lighting at the venue was typical indoor convention lighting, with overhead spotlights forming beautiful bokeh in the background. To highlight the glossiness of this outfit, especially the leather texture of the corset and the patent leather of the boots, we specifically searched for positions with slightly more pronounced lighting contrast during the shoot. The half-body close-up in Photo 3 captured my face beautifully; the teal colored contacts and clear makeup made my eyes look exceptionally spirited. Although the front full-body standing pose in Photo 4 is steady, I personally prefer the snapshots with more motion.

For this raccoon derivative style, the core lies in how to break convention based on the iconic Vocaloid song image through elements like plaid patterns, metal rings, and little devil horns to give it more visual tension. Although the convention pass was crowded this time, the rhythm of changing and shooting was controlled fairly well, and the props and costume were quite convenient for daily movement. The completion level of the entire look benefited from the early costume customization and wig styling, so on-site I only needed to focus on expressing that playful yet slightly cool and sharp feeling of the character.

Overall, this shoot at the Firefly ACG Expo high-quality achieved our expectations. Whether it was the texture and feel of the clothing or the light and shadow atmosphere on-site, it made the finished photos look very comfortable. I will probably consider bringing this look to some specific themed exhibitions next, looking forward to capturing completely different vibes in different scenes.
