The moment I put on this Zixia cosplay outfit from Miaowu Cosplay and held the prop sword, I immediately got into character. The overall color scheme is a very gentle purple-blue gradient with just the right saturation. It doesn't look too flashy, but instead gives off a floating, ethereal vibe. The costume fits very well, and the gold trim and metal buckles at the waist have great texture. When walking around, the skirt hem and the ribbons on the sleeves drape naturally, making it especially perfect for swinging the sword or looking back over my shoulder. This cosplay costume has a high level of restoration in its details, featuring exquisite prints on the chest and waist patterns. Paired with this long-hair wig, the overall look is incredibly complete. Today at the comic con, we shot several sets of convention photos from different angles. I tried standing, sitting, and sword-holding poses, and found that as long as the sword is held steadily with a slightly determined gaze, that female warrior aura naturally comes out. Under the convention lights, the purple fabric has a subtle sheen, making it very photogenic. The weight of the prop sword is moderate, easily lifted with one hand, so it wasn't too tiring when capturing a combat vibe. All in all, I'm very happy with doing this Zixia cosplay; the clothes are comfortable and highly photogenic. Friends who like this immortal-cultivation and martial-arts style can definitely give this traditional style cosplay a try.
