[Remielle Cosplay] Zenless Zone Zero E4 Creator Autograph Area Shoot: Convention Photos

On the first day of CJ, the Creator Autograph Area in Hall E4 and the Nanlite booth saw their first wave of peak foot traffic. Today's primary task was the on-site Cosplay photography shoot and autograph session for this \"Remielle (Black Feather Form)\" look. Transporting the gear from the car to the booth consumed quite a bit of physical energy, especially that pair of black wings.

Regarding the details of this look, the pink short wig was layered and trimmed, requiring headbands and metal stays fixed inside the wig alongside elf ear props to ensure no visual slip-ups or exposure from different angles while moving. The costume utilized a splicing of glossy black PU leather and semi-transparent black sheer mesh, with lantern sleeve volume at the cuffs.

During shooting, because the background mainly utilized Nanlite's professional lighting setup, it presented a cool white soft-light environment overall. This lighting places extremely high demands on showing black clothing textures. The photographer used a SONY A7M5 paired with an FE 24-70mm F2.8 GM II, which managed to suppress background highlights effectively in this scene while brightening the subject. We specifically sought angles to showcase the black stockings and lace garter edges, hoping to infuse a touch of elegance into the aloof demeanor. The outfit structure is quite complex with many metal rings and rivets, so I intentionally avoided angles with direct harsh reflections during poses, letting light fall naturally on the character.

Many friends visiting the booth asked about the build process of this gear. In fact, large black feather wings really test structural integrity; I used a foam board core covered with feathers and secured via straps around the shoulder blades. Though weighty, sitting down on the white iron chair allowed them to spread out into a fan shape, creating a gorgeous visual effect. Rather than a rigid sculpted feel, I prefer preserving the dynamic lightness of feathers in ACG creation.

The booth setting here was truly great for photos: a white plush rug and pure white wrought iron chair, accented by blue and white floral decor, created a stark cool-versus-warm contrast against the black wings and costume. In a studio environment, such contrast catches the eye instantly.

Sitting at the booth for autographs and chatting with everyone was a joyful experience; many came over asking if this was a new form. As a cosplayer, whether it's high-intensity outdoor shoots, studio sessions, or indoor booth displays, the biggest motivation stems from everyone's recognition of the character. Today's overall state was held up well; despite heavy day-one CJ crowds and noisy surroundings, we worked hard to find clean backdrops to present the character's texture.

After every convention, the greatest joy isn't just receiving convention photos, but seeing prepared props and makeup transform into artistic works before the camera lens. The Nanlite booth set provided a solid foundation, and the photographer's gear captured plenty of sharpness. I could feel today's demeanor was different from usual—this look truly requires holding a grounded aura.

Since we shot it, presenting every detail of the outfit, makeup, and props faithfully remains my constant creative initial intent. I hope when everyone sees these convention photos, they can feel the independence and sharpness under this Black Feather form.
